Janine Jones received the 2012 FEMEA Dorothy Land Past President's Grant for their project, Game On!  Look for a presentation on their project at the 2013 Annual Conference.

Chad Walters from Cypress Springs Elementary in Orange County, Margaret McLearn from Astoria Park Elementary in Leon County, and Kathryn Jurado from Limona Elementary in Hillsborough County are the

2012 Janice Lancaster Professional Development Scholarship winners. 

Chad will attend Orff Level II at FSU. Margaret will be attending Kalani's Developmental Community Music Summer Training in California. Kathryn will be attending World Music Drumming Level 1.

Gretchen Wahlberg has been selected as FMEA's 2011 Elementary Music Educator of the Year!  Gretchen will receive her award at the FMEA Awards Luncheon during the 2011 Annual Conference.
