In this session, the rhythm and pitch elements (bits) in children’s 2- and 3-part choral octavos will serve as the basis for music reading games and aural skill activities. We’ll learn to extract this material from the score and present it in a way that simultaneously builds musicianship skills and prepares the repertoire (pieces) for performance.
