ITEM NO. 4 Treasurer’s Report:

ITEM NO. 5 Announcements: All-District T-shirts are still available. See Kelly if you would like any or want to sell more.

ITEM NO. 6 Unfinished Business:

Complete Adjudicator Evaluation Forms for S&E and Concert Festivals.

ITEM NO. 7 Committee Reports: Mike German will be the All-District Band Chairman next year pending auditorium availability at Chiles HS. Tentative dates are January 23, 24, & 25 2003. T-shirts will be pre-ordered only for next year.

ITEM NO. 8 New Business:

Motion: To have a mass band performance at the end of Marching Assessment. German/Trkovsky. PASSED Mike German will coordinate this performance and help get corporate sponsorships.

There was dicussion regarding moving S&E to Friday night and a half-day on Saturday instead of all day on Saturday. Chuck will have more info at the first meeting in August.

ITEM NO. 9 Chuck is taking suggestions for adjudicators for next year.

ITEM NO. 10 Chuck will find sites once we are assigned our dates for next year.

ITEM NO. 11 No Nominations for the Adjudicators List

ITEM NO. 12 No Suggestions to Committees

ITEM NO. 13 No Proposals to the executive board. A clarification is needed regarding the 9-10 and the 11-12 Timpani exercise. In the past there have been no tuning changes for the 9-10 timpani exercise and tuning changes in the 11-12 exercise. This year, there are tuning changes in the 9-10 exercise and none in the 11-12.
