Angela Polito

Thomas L. Sims Middle School
Band Director

Angela Polito earned her BME from the University of Central Florida in 2009. She taught band at Woodham MS (Pensacola), Lakeview MS (Winter Garden), Timber Springs MS (Orlando), and is currently the band director at Thomas L. Sims MS (Pace). She serves as coordinator of the FBA Seven Star Honor Band and is on the Multicultural Network committee. Ms. Polito was awarded the FMEA Secondary Enrollment in Music Award in 2019, 2022, & 2025 and also earned the FBA Linda Mann Five Year Superior Award in 2021.
