Ernesta Chicklowski 

Roosevelt Elementary
Elementary Music Teacher

Ernesta Chicklowski serves as the music teacher at Roosevelt Elementary in Tampa, Florida. She earned her degree in music education from Florida State University. Mrs. Chicklowski was named Teacher of the Year in 2002 and 2012, and honored as Hillsborough County's 2014 Elementary Music Educator of the Year. Mrs. Chick serves as the President-elect of the Florida Elementary Music Educators Association. Her expertise has afforded her the opportunity to present in symposiums and workshops on the state and national levels. She holds certifications in Orff-Schulwerk I, Little Kids Rock I & II, and World Drumming I.

Tracy Lisi 

Mitchell Elementary Tampa
Elementary Music Specialist

Tracy Lisi is the proud music teacher at Mitchell Elementary in Tampa, Florida. This is her seventeenth year teaching music in Hillsborough County. She graduated from the University of South Florida with a Bachelors in Music Education and a Masters in Educational Leadership. She currently serves as the President of the Hillsborough County Elementary Music Educators Council and as the District III chair for the Florida Elementary Music Educators Association. Over the years she has had the pleasure of conducting elementary choral groups, world drumming and orff ensembles, as well as Modern Band. She is over the moon to work with her colleagues on this FMEA concert collaborative!

Jonathan Casanas 

Lanier Elementary
Teacher

Jonathan CasaƱas is a Tampa native and graduate of the University of South Florida. For the past four years, he has taught elementary music within Hillsborough County Public Schools. Jonathan currently teaches at Lanier Elementary School in South Tampa where he directs a variety of enrichment performance ensembles. When he is not working with students, Jonathan enjoys playing trumpet in many Bay Area groups.

Fiorella Tangherlini 

Tinker K8
Music Teacher

Fiorella Tangherlini earned her BA in music and her MED in Education from The University of Tampa. She is currently the music educator at Tinker K-8 in South Tampa. Fiorella is classically trained in piano and voice and thoroughly enjoys educating children. She is also certified in "Little Kids Rock" which is a modern band in the elementary classroom. She loves teaching Choir, World Drumming, Orff, and Guitars. She was also nominated for the "Rising star Award" in Hillsborough County for her outstanding work with the children.

Daniel Shea 




Daniel Shea has his Masters in Music Education from the University of South Florida and has taught general music at Tampa Bay Blvd. Elementary for 24 years. He frequently teaches through the use of today's hottest technology, and modern band instrumentation. He serves as Program Specialist for Little Kids Rock in Tampa, mentoring music teachers in the Tampa area. Daniel is husband to Lisa Shea and father to four children ages 21 to 6.
